To temporarily fix the issue, the charges on the UPS on are currently on external bypass directly to Hydro-Quebec so there will be no redundancy while fixing the UPS issue.

Migration European Websites (Resolved)
  • Priority - Low
  • Affecting System - cPanel Web Hosting
  • we moved european customers into the dallas datacenter in order to aleve network issues coming into canada last year, now that the networks are once again stable, we are moving european clients back into the montreal datacenter. While the migration is going on, all websites will be automatically updated to the latest version of apache, mysql and php. please be advised that in rare cases this may cause compatability issues with websites reliant on older versions of php or mysql. The migration itself will be transparent as we have already configured dns to announce changes immediately. however customers will have to restart their browsers and/or pc's in order to receive the dns changes. For those with more technical expertise, simply closing the browser, opening a dos window and typing "ipconfig /flushdns" will be adequate.

Please remember that according to our user agreements, we may move your website at anytime to aleviate resources or space issues within the network.
